Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Nazareth House Care Village
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to join our dedicated team at Nazareth House Care Village.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll and timesheet management, ensuring accuracy and resolving anomalies.
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures to staff and management.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance appraisals.
- Handle employee queries and support HR compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory (we do not provide sponsorship).
- Experience in HR administration in northern ireland is prefered by not mandatory.

Pay: £37,440.00-£41,000.00 per year
