The role: Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Homes
Your leadership will inspire and continue to motivate the team and will provide guidance and support in their tasks. You will work with the Amegreen Management team to provide a seamless management oversight for the service, including day-to-day arrangements and ownership for Ofsted requirements, staff cover and make decisions related to casework, risk management, short term resource allocation and child protection.
You will actively be involved with new referrals and be safe in the knowledge that you will be providing a home with care and treatment interventions for young people.

About Us
Amegreen Children’s Services has been established since 2013 and has a therapeutic community of children’s homes across rural West Berkshire and Hampshire.
Our homes support children who have social, emotional, and mental health needs and children who have a range of learning disabilities.
All our homes are situated near small towns with access to bigger towns and close to beautiful woodland and countryside. Our homes have access to our therapeutic farm that provides Equine Assisted learning with horses alongside a dedicated therapy team to support you in your role.
