This role will be the driving force behind optimizing our online customer journey and growing our eCommerce channel, with a focus on building a seamless, engaging, and high-performing shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for executing data-driven strategies to increase traffic, boost conversions, and maximize online revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Develop eCommerce Growth Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
- Optimize the Customer Experience: Leverage UX best practices to ensure smooth website navigation, intuitive site features, and a frictionless shopping journey for our customers.
- Data-Driven Campaigns: Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Growth teams to craft ecommerce campaigns that drive engagement and retention, turning first-time buyers into loyal brand advocates.
- Product Launches & Merchandising: Collaborate with Coffee Departments and Marketing teams to plan, implement, and optimize online product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring the store is aligned with brand initiatives and sales goals.
- eCommerce Performance Tracking: Dive deep into website analytics, identify trends, and drive actionable insights. Track, report, and optimize based on KPIs such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across departments (marketing, design, and coffee) to create cohesive and integrated campaigns that leverage the Verve brand story and resonate with our community.
- Tech Optimization: Manage and optimize the eCommerce tech stack, including Shopify, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools, ensuring seamless integrations that support our growing digital presence.
- A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement rigorous A/B testing to continuously improve digital campaigns, site layout, and user flow, keeping Verve at the forefront of eCommerce excellence
- Follow all Verve policies, procedures, and processes

Qualifications And Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, with a track record of driving growth and revenue in a digital environment.
- Proven ability to use data to drive digital strategy and decision-making
- Experience working in a subscription-based business, a plus
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies, including Shopify, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and A/B testing software
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams.
- eCommerce Expertise: Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms and a strong understanding of best practices in online merchandising and customer experience.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and able to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of email, SMS, and digital advertising strategies and the ability to align eCommerce tactics with overarching marketing initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across teams and contribute to a culture of partnership and shared goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics, CRM systems, and data feeds, with the ability to manage website updates and troubleshoot technical issues.
- User-Centered Design: Strong grasp of user experience (UX) and customer journey best practices, focused on creating an intuitive and satisfying online shopping experience
