Position Summary
Responsible for assisting the supervisor in planning, organising and coordinating all activities related to culture and staff engagement.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor to prepare financial budgets and related engagement activities for approval
- Prepare related expenses reports as required
- Plan and conduct staff communications
- Handle employee enquiries and delivering staff engagement initiatives and programmes.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, notably vendors and contractors, for provision of services related to engagement activities
- Plan, organize, coordinate and implement programmes and activities to promote the Bank’s culture, VMV (vision, mission, and value), wellbeing and staff engagement
- Prepare proposals, evaluation reports, pre- and post-event posts, and related documents of the activities
- Assist in organising and coordinating staff recognition/awards presentations in a timely manner
- Propose and develop innovative communication channels and structure to facilitate effective staff communications pertaining to the job scope.
- Support ad-hoc or special projects as required.
- Collaborate with other functions within the Bank to build teamwork in workplace
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline or equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management
- Proactive, strong customer-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Good proficiency in MS Office
