We are headquartered in New York City and are now looking for a passionate Human Resources leader to drive the development of the HR Department globally.
Responsibilities:
- Function as a business advisor to the executive team corresponding with each HR regional unit and reporting back on key organizational issues.
- Develop strategies around succession planning and organization design.
- Oversee talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits globally.
- Create the annual HR budget for global HR department.
- Develop cost effective benefit/HR strategies.
- Execute comprehensive compensation plans for the organization.
- Manage grievances in the HR departments across the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to existing HR personnel.
- Maintain processes and ensure compliance for all the HR departments.
- Design retention and performance evaluation strategies.
- Meet with the executive team on status updates for all HR initiatives and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 10 +years leading a human resource department with Tech companies with global offices.
- Experience in creating HR strategies with limited supervision.
- Strong communication, operation and management skills.
- HR certifications highly desired.
- Startup experience preferred.
