We are headquartered in New York City and are now looking for a passionate Human Resources leader to drive the development of the HR Department globally.

Responsibilities:

Function as a business advisor to the executive team corresponding with each HR regional unit and reporting back on key organizational issues.
Develop strategies around succession planning and organization design.
Oversee talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits globally.
Create the annual HR budget for global HR department.
Develop cost effective benefit/HR strategies.
Execute comprehensive compensation plans for the organization.
Manage grievances in the HR departments across the organization.
Provide leadership and guidance to existing HR personnel.
Maintain processes and ensure compliance for all the HR departments.
Design retention and performance evaluation strategies.
Meet with the executive team on status updates for all HR initiatives and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
10 +years leading a human resource department with Tech companies with global offices.
Experience in creating HR strategies with limited supervision.
Strong communication, operation and management skills.
HR certifications highly desired.
Startup experience preferred.
