THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Human Resources Talent Advisor, you will support regional operations leadership teams and/or a field support department in partnership with the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), and other key stakeholders, to execute people strategies that enables the organization to meet its strategic business priorities. In this position, you will support all elements of the talent lifecycle, conduct employee relations investigations, and provide coaching support to resolve employee concerns and data analytics.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Utilize both internal and external sourcing to identify, attract, and nurture high potential talent pipelines.
- Coordinate talent selection process activities including prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, gathering leadership feedback, and extending offers.
- Compile, review, and analyze data that helps us understand employee trends that impact our culture and employee retention; making recommendations to Sr. HRBP to ensure we are creating and implementing programs that will achieve our business priorities, people, and talent strategies.
- Lead timely employee relations investigations and culture checks and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action.
- Champion inclusive, respectful, and safe cultures where employees thrive and model Chipotle’s purpose and values.
- Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Operations to ensure the execution of the annual human resources processes, engagement surveys, performance reviews, merit process, etc.
- Drive benchmarking process to evaluate total compensation, benefits, and scope of work for our competition.
- Monitor and ensure updates to development and performance processes for leaders including Individual Development Plans (IDPs), Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and succession planning tools.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support the implementation of key compliance training including communications and tracking completion.
- Assist with employee life-cycle programs including new hire orientation, new hire check-ins, and conducting employee exit conversations.
- Responds to employee and manager questions regarding policies and company programs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources with a focus in both generalist and recruitment functions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary to meet simultaneous deadlines.
- Ability to manage confidential matters appropriately.
- Excellent customer services skills Proactively addresses employee/leadership questions and concerns, delivers clear communication and a clear resolution of issues.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong oral and written communication skills,
- Ability to travel up to 35% of time.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $27.08 - $37.98.
