About this Role (Remote Opportunity)
Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Talent Acquisition Consultant to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to support recruitment efforts across multiple divisions, including Audit, Credit, Risk, and Finance, during a time of rapid growth. The role provides the chance to develop impactful recruiting strategies, engage with diverse talent, and contribute to building a more inclusive workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of business segments to act as a trusted recruiting partner.
- Collaborate with leadership to create inclusive recruiting strategies and promote the company’s brand.
- Build a pipeline of high-caliber candidates by leveraging market intelligence and networking.
- Assess candidate fit and provide thoughtful feedback during the hiring process.
The Ideal Candidate
- 4+ years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for corporate or call center roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, internet tools, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).
- Ability to design and implement inclusion-focused recruiting strategies.
- Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional grammar and demeanor.
