Our client, a large and growing company, headquartered in Columbus is seeking a Senior Leader for their human resources team. This person will manage a team of 3-5 and be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of HR policies, compliance, and operations.

We're looking for a strategic leader who is strong in talent management, career development, succession planning, and organizational development. This person will function as a business advisor to the leadership team and department leaders. The candidate will have 10+ years of HR experience with a large employee base (particularly a large hourly workforce).
