Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of any related major
- Have a minimum of a year of experience in talent acquisition in FMCG, beauty, or start-up industries
- Experienced in executing end-to-end hiring processes for managerial level
- Agile, detail-oriented, and high-achiever person who can work in a fast and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Experienced in using various job platforms
- Creative and innovative person
- Having experience in handling employer branding
Responsibilities:
- Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia
- Conduct a full cycle of talent acquisition (from job posting to onboarding process) using various techniques
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the employee experience (e.g. probation period, support internal activities related to company culture)
- Manage job sources and review its effectiveness regularly
- Support employer branding activities across digital platforms
