A Leading medical technology company is looking for a
Senior Digital Transformation Manager to promote change management to transform an organization of 150-200 people into an agile entity responsive to change.
Responsibilities
- Recognize the Need for Change: Analyze gaps between the current state and future goals in terms of people, processes, and systems
- Formulate and Implement Strategies: Develop and manage transformation plans aligned with the organization's vision
- Create and Monitor Action Plans: Develop detailed action plans, execute them, and adjust as needed based on progress
- Resource and Training Management: Secure necessary resources and create skill maps and training plans for employees
- Evaluate Results and Establish Culture: Assess transformation outcomes, report achievements, and implement measures to embed new processes and culture
Required Skills
- Minimal 5 years with PMO experience
- Sense of scale: directly managed 20-30 people and in more than 200 employee's company.
