Senior Manager- Strategic Sourcing
Reporting into the Director Strategic Sourcing & Talent Intelligence, the Senior Strategic Talent Sourcing Manager is a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization who will lead, and develop an outstanding team of talent sourcers and help create Intuit’s pipelining strategies. This leader will guide the team to build and execute strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates for their business groups. They will partner with technical and non-technical recruiting and business leaders to critically assess talent markets and hit data-driven sourcing targets. This Sr Manager will mentor the talent sourcing team, foster operational excellence, and help build strategic and creative solutions to drive meaningful results at scale, along with delivering an engaging candidate experience and ultimately hiring the best talent at Intuit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and continuously improve our strategic sourcing practices to source, attract, engage,and assess top diverse talent
- Leverage existing and continuously improve our sourcing metrics to understand pipelinehealth, conversion, areas of sourcing impact, and areas of development.
- Prepare insights,communications, and presentations that are used to facilitate monthly business reviews.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing delivery metrics, key programs and project updates for the broader teams
- Be a thought leader with internal stakeholders on market/hiring trends, while driving a high-touch and proactive approach to strategic sourcing engagements
- Lead, develop and manage a team of sourcers to deliver high-quality diverse candidate slates at scale
- Manage and partner with Talent Acquisition and Business leaders to realize headcount plans, hiring goals, and all operational metrics

Qualification:
- Sourcing experience with a proven track record of leading and growing a team of strategic talent sourcers
- Demonstrated ability to effectively create and execute strategic sourcing strategies and align them to business objectives
- Ability to build diverse talent pipelines and develop long term prospect relationship strategies
- Proven success partnering with and influencing stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of the external talent environment, market trends, competitors, and general talent availability
- Exceptional collaboration skills; yet confident when working autonomously
- Excellent business acumen & strong communication skills, written and
- verbal; ability to present data and its implications in a clear, concise manner
- Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene
