[About the Role]
The successful candidate will lead a team in ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective day-to-day HR operations that are in compliance with HR policies and processes.
Team Management:
Process Management & Continuous Improvement:
Design, implement, and optimize HR shared service and adjunct operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and PSD guidelines.
Identify opportunities for process automation and leverage technology to streamline operations.
Stay up-to-date on Workday features and best practices to ensure the HR processes remain current and efficient.
Customer Service & Service Delivery:
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide good and efficient service.
Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Oversee the delivery of effective and efficient HR services for employee onboarding, contract renewal, retirement, and offboarding.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
Actively engage in Workday-related discussions to contribute to system enhancements and modifications.
Participate in organization and polytechnic sector projects and discussions.
Qualifications and Skills:
At least (8) years of experience in HR, with at least (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role
Ability to work independently as well as a team-player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience in a shared services environment
Knowledge of common productivity tools to aid digitalization efforts, and Workday system would be good (but not a must)
