Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, commercial, and support functions (including fleet and office-based roles).
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop compelling job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
Source candidates via various platforms including job portals, social media, agencies, and direct outreach.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules across departments.
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, institutions, and external partners.
Track recruitment KPIs, maintain recruitment dashboards, and provide regular reporting to HR leadership.
Champion employer branding efforts through career fairs, social media campaigns, and university partnerships.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Stay updated on labor market trends and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies.
Support internal mobility initiatives and succession planning efforts.

Requirements

Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in shipping, maritime, oil & gas, or logistics industries.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Passion for maritime sector is a plus.
