We are now looking for a talented Assistant Human Resource Manager to be part of our dynamic team. The incumbent will support the Manager, Human Resource Business Partner in the development and execution of Human resources strategies and policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively align Swire Properties HR strategies and initiatives to address people's specific needs and challenges and provide solutions including talent management, employee relations, performance management and retention, and engagement of employees in line with business needs
- Acts as a consultant and advisor to business leaders on employee compensation or HR-related matters
- Help senior leaders make informed decisions related to HR practices and policies.
- Analyse HR metrics (e.g. turnover, exit interview results, etc.) and employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to BUs
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate programmes that enhance employee wellbeing
REQUIREMENTS
- Adept business, financial, and market knowledge; able to make business decisions and advance the Company’s goals.
- A changemaker who loves to innovate and think up new and better ideas for the Company’s success
- A decisive leader who can make firm and timely decisions
- Degree educated in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 8 years of HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering, HR generalist or equivalent job experience
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and related regulations
- Self-motivated, dynamic with critical eyes for details - Positive, proactive, meticulous, and is a good team player
- Be an open-minded change agent
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
