Job Specification: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions across subsidiary companies.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Administer payroll and benefits.
- Maintain HR records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred.
Note: This is a hands-on role in a small organisation overseeing a total staff of 50 across all entities.
