We are currently hiring for an Employee HR Manager to work for us on a 12-15 Month full time Maternity Cover contract. This role supports client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organisational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.
This role would suit someone with a strong HR generalist background and has ideally worked within a MNC or large manufacturing/highly regulated company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be a first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
- Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.
- Support team and also work as an individual contributor on HR related matters
- Provides advise and guidance to team members, leaders and employees on HR matters
- Support projects, processes and procedures
- Utilise expertise and judgement to solve problems.
- Build effective relationships with all people managers
- Lead on HR related projects and partner with internal stakeholders to achieve result
- Foster a positive work culture promoting diversity, inclusion and well being
Required Qualifications
- This role requires advanced experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions
- Ability to communicate confidently, succinctly and logically both verbal and in writing
- A passion to win and natural desire to support your colleagues
- Self-motivated team player with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Relevant Degree or CIPD qualification/s is desirable
- Experience of working in a manufacturing industry or highly regulated business sector
- Strong employment law knowledge
