The HR Business Partner role is responsible for leading employee relations for the UK&I teams at Crayola, as well as supporting across EMEA markets. Liasing with regional leadership teams, this position will support EMEA with training and development plans and quarterly talent review process. They will also be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for various positions among all classifications within the company. This includes identifying recruiting strategies and full cycle recruiting for the positions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating administrative staffing activities such as setting up interviews; scheduling travel, updating the applicant tracking system in real-time for all candidates, posting positions, processing pre-employment screenings prepare offer letters and process new hire information
- Supports to deliver Learning and development calendar for EMEA region as well as talent review process alongside EMEA leadership team to ensure support plan in place for all staff
- Providing recommendations and counsel to managers on appropriate levels of performance management and coaching techniques.
- Managing the full cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions.
- Facilitates and completes new hire “Welcome Crayolian” on boarding program to include orientation and electronic onboarding documentation.
- Working with designated hiring managers to review, analyze and clarify job specifications/requirements, competencies/skills required, understand business operations and develop a recruiting strategy to fill each staffing need.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources
- Talent Acquisition skillset across EMEA markets
- MS Office experience required; HRIS experience preferred.
- Able to interpret policy/procedures to make decisions that are within appropriate guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
