Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia market and enhance our employer band.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing for remote talents, a passion in identifying top talents, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring manager across the organization. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities;
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies specifically tailored to the Singapore and SEA market to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, local universities, and industry events) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Recruitment Process: Lead the complete recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, developing competitive salary proposals, and extending personalized offers to secure the right talent, while ensuring efficient and timely hiring to meet organisational needs.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and communications to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including leadership positions.
- Prior experience in hiring for urban development, Engineering &/or corporate related roles advantageous
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with the Vietnam job market, local talent pools, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and best practices.
