Job Description:
- Work with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies.
- Create and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Analyze job roles to define requirements and objectives.
- Prepare and post job ads on relevant platforms, including social media and college job boards.
- Source candidates using databases and social media.
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct interviews using various selection methods to evaluate candidates efficiently.
- Assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Keep up with and apply HR best practices in recruiting.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports with the team using designated software.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Promote the company as an attractive employer.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.Bonus: Experience in recruiting across Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines, Europe, India, and the UAE.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Experience with selection processes like video and phone interviews and reference checks.
- Capability to organize skills assessments (e.g., work samples and tests).
- Familiarity with recruiting software and HR systems.
- Strong decision-making skills.
