As the #1 Team in Colorado, we are looking for a top recruiter to help drive our team to #1 in the Nation. Our Growth team is the face of the company and the engine of our market expansion. As the Director of Talent and Expansion, you are directly responsible for driving this department and net-new revenue.
Your role is to bring top producing agents to Elite Home Partners by effectively selling the EHP value proposition (SOLDin65 Listing Program, GCI Revenue Share Program, Company Ownership, and Coaching and Training Opportunities). Successful DTEs influence top agents to leave their current brokerage and join Elite Home Partners. Since every agent is an independent contractor they can take their business wherever they receive the best value and support.

Metrics…
- This role has a quarterly metric based on the Gross Commission Income (GCI) you successfully attract to Elite Home Partners. GCI measures the total commission an agent has generated over the past 12 months. Your key responsibility is to demonstrate how transitioning to Elite Home Partners will enhance their business and benefit their clients.
- To meet your quarterly metrics, you can recruit either individual agents or entire teams. Your targets are based on the agent's or team's performance over the previous 12 months.
