We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join a growing talent acquisition product management team and help develop the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our talent acquisition solution. This role will report directly to the VP of Product Management and Implementation and will have a unique opportunity to influence the build of a product that is poised to transform the industry.
This is a remote role based in the United States.
Ideal candidates are based in the Greater Boston Area.
Occasional travel is anticipated.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, drive and support the product strategy and roadmap for our AI-powered HR tech products, ensuring a human-centered approach that focuses on creating intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that solve real-world HR challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Product and with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, AI, data science and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with engineering teams to deliver innovative features and functionalities.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on data-driven insights and strategic goals.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.
- Develop, drive and support the Go To Market (GTM) strategy.
- Develop clear documentation and training materials to drive adoption.
- Support the definition and tracking of Product Ops OKRs.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of success in delivering Talent Acquisition/ Talent Management products to market.
- 3+ years experience in Human Capital Management systems (recruiting, onboarding, performance management, etc.).
- Knowledge of the Talent Acquisition market and key players (Greenhouse, Phenom, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience managing AI-powered solutions, especially within high-growth tech or SaaS environments.
- Strong goal setting, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, trend identification and problem-solving skills to diagnose inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools.
- An exceptional communicator and collaborator with strong relationship building and active listening skills, and clear, concise communication style.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering Psychology or a related field.
