Senior HR Business Partner – FMCG
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading FMCG business with well-established home brands. Partnering with the Executive Leadership Team (with blue chip backgrounds) and reporting to the Managing Director, this role is ideal for a strategic and operational P&C leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation, values, and results take precedence.
With an ANZ headcount of ~200, you’ll work across manufacturing, sales, marketing, R&D, and corporate functions, ensuring people strategies support business objectives. You’ll provide trusted HR leadership, driving organisational change, talent development, employee engagement, and HR operations while maintaining a strong connection from the shop floor to the boardroom.
Remuneration ~$200,000 FTE plus bonus
Hybrid four onsite, one WFH
Western Sydney location
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape and execute the people strategy.
- Lead cultural and organisational change initiatives that enhance agility, collaboration, and business performance.
- Oversee talent management, workforce planning, and leadership development to support long-term growth.
- Drive a high-performance culture by aligning HR processes with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to leaders and employees across all functions.
Who You Are:
✔ A seasoned Senior HR Business Partner or P&C leader with experience in a dynamic, fast-moving industry.
✔ Commercially minded, with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused leader who balances strategic impact with hands-on execution.
✔ Skilled in managing change, fostering engagement, and developing leadership capability.
