The Human Resources Coordinatoris a support member of the HR Consulting team, supporting with a broad range of HR functions, including compliance, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding. This position also serves as the primary HR contact for multiple clients across various industries and locations, ensuring smooth HR operations and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail oriented.
What You’ll Do
- Assist HR Consultant colleagues with compliance, benefits, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle the leave of absence (FMLA & LOA) process

- Respond to unemployment claims
.
- Manage HR responsibilities for a small book of business handling all HR-related questions and providing ongoing support.
- Create and update employee handbooks and various policies for clients to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
- Support colleagues and clients with performance management efforts.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in HR, benefits administration or related fields.
- Understanding of HR compliance, employment law, and employee relations.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a PEO or HR consulting environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
