About the job
As the Human Resources Specialist at Dataprana, you will be the foundation of our people operations, ensuring a seamless experience from hiring to offboarding. Your role will be critical in attracting top-tier talent, managing HR administration, and maintaining an efficient onboarding process. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance our company culture, improve employee experience, and drive operational excellence within HR.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Maintain and refine applicant tracking systems to keep hiring processes organized and efficient.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Develop and execute smooth onboarding experiences to integrate new hires effectively.
- Handle all administrative aspects of new employee setup, including documentation, IT access, and compliance requirements.
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions and exit documentation.
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
- Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration for offshore and local employees.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across different regions.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Support initiatives to foster a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
- Organize internal events, training sessions, and engagement programs.
- Act as a go-to resource for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and company culture.
Process Improvement & HR Systems:
- Optimize HR workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Implement and maintain HR tools and software to support seamless HR operations.
- Develop reports and analytics on HR metrics to support decision-making.
Requirements and Skills
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
- Familiarity with HR administration, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Experience using HR technology tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international hiring and compliance (offshore talent management experience is a plus).
- Prior experience managing HR for remote or distributed teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively improve HR processes.
Compensation
- Base: Up to $36,000 annually
- Bonus: Up to 10%
- 10 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
- 6 paid US holidays
- 50% reimbursement for approved professional training
