Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition professional to support our recruitment efforts and ensure the company attracts top talent. The role will involve sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes, and supporting talent acquisition strategies to meet the hiring needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Posting: Manage job postings and ensure accurate and timely updates across various platforms.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, job requirements, and team culture.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain and build a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor practices, and best recruitment methods.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process of new hires as needed.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (internships or entry-level roles are also considered).
- Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT industryis a plus.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and headhunting.
- Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
