Job Duties
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage
- In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus)
- Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
