We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support our internal communications and employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR and leadership teams to enhance our global employer narrative, fostering a strong and cohesive company culture. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content across various channels, including newsletters, presentations, social media, and event materials, to authentically showcase our organizational values and workplace environment.
Additionally, you will monitor communication effectiveness, gather employee insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employer brand positioning.
Main duties/responsibilities
- Support the execution of internal communication campaigns, including newsletters, announcements, and company-wide updates.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events, town halls, and team-building activities.
- Help maintain and update the company careers page and internal communication platforms.
- Develop and design internal communication materials including presentations, posters, and digital assets.
- Create and manage engaging content for employer branding across social media platforms including employee stories, culture highlights, and workplace initiatives.
- Track and report on employer branding metrics and internal communication effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HR teams to gather employee feedback and insights for content creation.
- Assist in managing the company's presence at career fairs, university events, and industry forums.
- Support crisis communication efforts and ensure message consistency across channels.
- Support the execution of employer branding strategy within a global organization.
- Assist with other administrative activities.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, and ability to use online tools and platforms.
- Self-managed and ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in communications and content creation would be an advantage.
Qualifications
- Completed a degree in marketing or a similar field, or an equivalent professional qualification.
