We are partnering with a prestigious company steeped in heritage and tradition, looking for a Human Resources Director to lead their people strategy and foster a culture of excellence. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in driving the talent strategy, workforce planning, and culture transformation, enabling the organization to achieve its business goals while being an employer of choice in its field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and business goals.
- Lead on talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives to create a cohesive and inclusive culture across multiple sites.
- Act as a culture champion, binding together teams from diverse areas such as design, manufacturing, retail, and specialist services under a unified purpose.
- Oversee HR operations, including compliance, workforce planning, and digital transformation.
- Champion learning and development strategies, focusing on upskilling, mentoring, and employee mobility.
- Provide strategic advice, coaching, and counsel to senior leaders to enhance team cohesion and leadership performance.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement initiatives that foster innovation and growth.
- Be a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
What We’re Looking For :
- A strategic thinker with 10+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in industries such as retail, hospitality, or automotive.
- International HR experience and a proven ability to operate at the executive level.
- Someone empathetic, ambitious, and creative, with excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- A hands-on leader who thrives in an environment where budgets may be lean, but opportunities for impact are significant.
- Passion for heritage, craftsmanship, and a connection to the countryside is a plus.
