An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified HR professional with specialist experience of employment law, employee engagement and inclusion, in a Education institute based near excellent transport links.
The successful candidate's duties will include:
- A lead on employee benefits, health and wellbeing and rewards schemes, and supporting managers when promoting retention
- Producing an off boarding experience and monitoring and training around it's positive affectivity
- Line management to a People Services Assistant
- Partnering with managers to provide advise and support
To be successful in this role you must have:
- A relevant HR qualification (CIPD or CPD with experience)
- Experience within the Education/ NFP Sector
- Experience in HR generalist or engagement and relations positions
- Great communications skills, both verbal and written
