Interim Head of Strategic HR, Talent & Culture Change

Are you an experienced HR Leader with a proven track record of managing a large team of OD and Organisational Effectiveness professionals in a large scale transformation environment? Are you available for an interim role, on a hybrid basis, in Oxfordshire?

In this exciting contract role, you will be working with senior level stakeholders up to and including the chief executive, you will take charge of a newly created team, who are on a mission to make fundamental change happen across the organisation when it comes to capability development, transformation programmes and cultural change. We expect this role to be required for the next 3-6 months.

We are looking to speak to experienced HR leaders who have delivered this level of work in the public sector previously and who bring with them creative ideas and tonnes of inspiring energy.
