As a senior recruitment consultant at this company, you will take over a warm desk A&F desk within the C&I sector. Having a soft landing, with existing client’s relationships to utilise, you’ll be able to maximise your earning potential from day one. However, you’ll also be able to grow your desk through the excellent training you’ll receive, your enhanced understanding of the market and existing connections. Our client has created a working environment where consultants can truly reveal their entrepreneurial talent whilst being supported, encouraged and highly rewarded.

What we’re looking for –
- At least 2 years recruitment experience from an A&F or Professional Services background
- A true interest for the finance and accountancy sector
- Track record of billing successfully
- Articulate, credible and attentive
- Can work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active and self-motivated with a desire for success
