Site HR Manager – Food Manufacturing – Peterborough

£65,000–£80,000 + £7,200 car allowance + 13% bonus

This is a site-based HR Manager role joining a fast-moving, highly automated Food Manufacturing site in Peterborough. You’ll manage a small team (two people) and:

Work directly with the Site Director to deliver both the day-to-day essentials and the longer-term strategy that will help take this site to the next level.
You’ll need to juggle a lot—employee relations, workforce planning, supporting multiple teams—but at the same time, you’ll have the freedom to challenge the way things are done and bring your own ideas to the table.

This is a role for someone with curiosity, resilience, ambition, and the drive to make a real impact.

About You:

You’ve worked in FMCG or manufacturing, so you understand the pace, the people, and the challenges.
You’re hands-on, visible, and approachable. Sitting in an office all day isn’t your style.
You’re comfortable balancing the everyday HR tasks with the big picture stuff—strategy, projects, and improvements.
You’re naturally curious, always looking for ways to do things better, and confident enough to make change happen.
