Job Title: Regional Director of Education Recruitment
Salary: £80,000+ (Negotiable)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £100,000+
Location: North West England (Manchester / Liverpool / Lancashire), Hybrid/Remote (with regional travel)

With a reputation for excellence and a passion for making a difference in education, they are seeking an experienced, strategic, and driven Regional Director of Education Recruitment to lead and inspire their operation in the North West.
The Role
As Regional Director, you will take ownership of business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence across your designated region. You will play a critical role in developing client partnerships, managing recruitment teams, and driving revenue growth while ensuring that service delivery remains outstanding for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional growth strategy to achieve business targets and drive market expansion.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment consultants and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, identifying opportunities for growth and new partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored recruitment solutions and maintaining high service standards.
- Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for recruitment teams, taking action to optimise performance.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, government policies, and changes in the education sector to inform strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to safeguarding and compliance regulations within the education sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a leader within education recruitment (we encourage all with existing leadership experience from Team Leads to existing Directors to apply).
- Strong business development skills with a track record of driving growth and revenue.
- Exceptional people management and leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
- A strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational expertise.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of compliance and safeguarding requirements in the education sector.
- Ability to work flexibly, including regional travel when required.
