Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Cheshire.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with a change management project, developing and executing change management strategies and plans for HR-related projects.

There will be a responsibility to partner with HR, academic, and administrative leaders to assess the impact of change, conducting stakeholder analysis to identify and address concerns and implement plans effectively.

£300 - £400 per day (inside IR35

Requirements

Experience working on change management projects
CIPD qualified
