Responsibilities :
- As the Managing Director of our RPO Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our recruitment division focused on the life sciences sector.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to expand our client base and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of recruitment professionals to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition for the life sciences sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and growing an RPO services business, preferably within the life sciences industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Client-focused mindset with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
