What skills & experience do you need?
- Tech and/or GTM recruitment experience – A minimum of at least 3 years with either of these verticals
- Strong stakeholder management – proven experience engaging with C-suite, hiring managers, and candidates
- Strategic mindset – proven success with advising on hiring processes, employer branding (CVP) & talent strategies
- Excellent communication & influencing skills – ability to manage expectations and drive hiring success
- Ability to work autonomously – taking ownership of projects and delivering real impact and tangible hiring results
