About the Role As our first senior people leader, you will have the chance for huge impact, as you get to shape the people experience and culture of a company doing work that will literally change the world. You’ll bring an analytical approach to building our People organization, instilling operational rigor to our workforce strategy, and ensuring that our organizational design allows for clarity, efficiency, and collaboration. Other priorities include designing and driving transparent performance management processes and outcomes that align with our culture and creating a Learning and Development program that provides support for our growing managers and professional growth and development opportunities to everyone at Heirloom. And your robust mix of analytical skills, critical thinking, and creative problem solving have been instrumental in building data-driven people programs. Physical Demand Description The following requirements also apply to any roles which will spend any time working in our plants or construction sites (all technician and operations roles, most engineering roles, and many other roles): Ability to work in outdoor environments (example: hot sun, cold, wind, rain, crawl spaces, etc.). Stop work will be called when it is unsafe to work. Position may require working at heights including; climbing ladders/equipment, stairs, elevators, and working on scissor lifts. Capable of performing repetitive duties including; lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods of time.
