The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to our firm. This role involves working closely with staffing agencies, internal hiring managers, and leadership teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in recruitment, strong industry knowledge, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
- Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment performance, optimize hiring strategies, and report key metrics to leadership.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by refining recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness.
- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing, preferably within real estate, finance, or investment industries.
- Proven experience working with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
