The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to our firm. This role involves working closely with staffing agencies, internal hiring managers, and leadership teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in recruitment, strong industry knowledge, and a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies and external recruitment partners to identify top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent requirements.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment performance, optimize hiring strategies, and report key metrics to leadership.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by refining recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, labor market insights, and best practices to enhance hiring effectiveness.
Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or staffing, preferably within real estate, finance, or investment industries.
Proven experience working with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring outcomes.
