Adecco is partnering with a prominent organization that owns and operates last-mile logistics real estate in the United States.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer service-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to assist with a wide range of recruitment activities. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be critical in supporting the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Must be open to a year contract role - possible extension pending experience
- CT or EST preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Support: Assist with the full recruiting cycle by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and facilitating the hiring process.
- Offer Letters & Communication: Draft, format, and send offer letters; liaise with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the offer process.
- Interview Scheduling: Manage and coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Process Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with candidates, TA managers, and hiring teams to ensure the recruitment process is on track.
- Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and communicate with candidates regarding necessary documentation.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information, job postings, and interview details.
- Team Collaboration: Provide exceptional administrative support to the TA team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.
- Engagement & Proactivity: Stay engaged with the hiring process, offering proactive solutions to any potential issues, and ensuring the team stays organized and on track.
- Email Formatting & Communication: Professionally format and send emails to candidates and hiring teams, maintaining a high standard of communication.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR administrative role. ATS experience is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage complex schedules, attention to detail, and a high level of customer service.
- Proactivity: Must be proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the recruiting team, ensuring no details are missed.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and use recruiting systems and tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Contract Duration: 1-year contract with the possibility of extending the role.
