Role Overview
The People Associate Manager - Third Party Management and Process supports the oversight and management of relationships with external vendors, service providers, and partners, ensures they comply with the organization and regulatory requirements, and drives People excellence through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Third-Party Management:
- Assists in conducting due diligence and risk assessments for new and existing third-party vendors.
- Tracks and reports on vendor performance against established SLAs and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensures that third-party vendors meet regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the business and assists in gathering necessary documentation for compliance audits and reviews
- Assists in identifying, investigating, and resolving third-party-related issues and collaborates with internal teams to help implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Generates regular reports on vendor performance and compliance and ensures all third-party documentation is organized and up-to-date.
- Helps identify areas for improvement in third-party management processes and assists in implementing more efficient workflows and tools
- Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to third-party management
People Processes and Compliance:
- Leads the review and improvements of People processes and policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
- Ensures operational excellence and consistent execution through consistent alignment, cadences and high-level strategy.
- Drive and manage change management initiatives within HR operations facilitating smooth transitions and culture of continued improvement.
- Focus on data analytics to identify trends and insights related to HR practices and operational strategies.
Requirements:
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering or any related degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in third-party management, policy, process improvements in Human Resources
- Familiarity with third-party industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Experience with vendor relationship management and performance monitoring is highly desirable.
- Background in FMCG or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Proficient in analyzing data to derive insights and help make data-driven decisions
- Strong ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions
- Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting to anticipate trends and outcomes is a major advantage
