HR Generalist
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support various HR functions and ensure efficient operations. This role involves a mix of administrative and strategic responsibilities, including staffing, employee development, compensation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to guide business operations.
- Administer benefits, compensation programs, and employee performance systems.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal HR regulations.
- Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and retention programs.
- Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and health-related concerns.
- Assist with payroll, maintaining employee records, and conducting exit interviews.
- Support HR systems, including data management, reporting, and audits.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations roles, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR regulations, compliance, and federal employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field (HR certifications a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and a resourceful mindset.
- Occasional travel may be required.
