Role Overview
At Revlon, we're on the hunt for a dynamic Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who can bring a consultative, best-in-class recruitment approach to our team. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, this role is for you!
This role will report directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and is a 1 year temporary assignment.
This role is hybrid (2 days a week) based out of our office in NYC
What You'll Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from posting to onboarding, focusing on hiring top talent across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal
- Partnership Building: Forge strong, proactive partnerships with business and HR partners to understand hiring needs and offer creative sourcing solutions
- First Impressions: Be the welcoming face of Revlon for potential candidates, making their first interaction with us memorable
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a liaison and trusted partner between candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR, guiding them through every stage of the hiring process
- Recruitment Expert: Serve as the go-to expert on hiring techniques and legal issues, driving the recruitment process with independence and innovation
- Innovative Strategies: Develop and execute out-of-the-box recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially for hard-to-fill roles
- Talent Market Insights: Identify gaps and challenges in the talent market and proactively create pipelines to support business needs
- Champion of Improvement: Lead initiatives to evolve and improve our Talent Acquisition processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends
- Project Leadership: Support various Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, from process improvements to development programs
- Prioritization Pro: Juggle multiple initiatives with ease, delivering end-to-end solutions
- ATS Implementation: Ensure our new applicant tracking system is utilized accurately for reliable reporting and data
- KPI Success: Meet or exceed recruitment-related KPIs and goals, such as speed to hire and offer acceptance rate

Additional Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, full-lifecycle environment
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles preferred
- Industry experience in retail, consumer products, or service industry preferred (Retail, Luxury, or multi-brand)
- A mix of agency and in-house experience is a plus

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 and $110,000/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.
Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on the date of hire for the 1st year of employment, and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on the role.
