Job Description
Talent Acquisition plays a critical role in being a culture carrier for the organization, being the first contact for new colleagues. This role will be critical in driving the employee experience, shaping the firm’s culture and helping to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. The focus for this new position is to identify, attract and recruit a diverse set of candidates to help to meet business goals.
This individual will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts, partnering with managers and HR, starting at the identification of open positions through to onboarding new employees to support business growth. In this role you will focus on all aspects of Talent Acquisition including competitive intelligence and sourcing for direct recruitment as well as the operational side including processes and reporting. This role will also include project work to enhance the recruitment offering.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with line managers and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) to discuss new vacancies and resourcing strategies, promoting opportunities and ways to improve diversity in our hiring process
- Work with managers to write inclusive job descriptions and actively encourage the use of direct sourcing and increase jobs filled with this method
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions demonstrating high level understanding of various business lines
- Partner with external recruitment partners on more specialized searches and manage external vendor relationships when required
- Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process
- Guide and advise stakeholders on recruitment, feedback and offer processes. Coach managers on selection and closing strategies and provide resignation support for candidates
- Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition, Business Heads and HRBPs on the annual recruitment budget process
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior HR and business management to keep them informed on headcount, open positions, trends and spending against budget
- Collaborate to assess all recruiting processes to create a cohesive and best class AlTi approach
- Work with Head of Talent Acquisition to maintain company careers page and external postings
- Stay up to date on legislative changes, implement internal processes and procedures to adapt and comply, and communicate with key stakeholders
- Work in partnership with the HRBP’s and Total Reward teams to structure competitive offers, managing the offer process through to completion create and issue offer letters and oversee pre-employment and onboarding processes
- Educate candidates on career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity
- Projects including enhancing applicant tracking, background screening and feedback collection processes
- Responsible for delivering interview training for hiring managers and interview panels
- Evaluate onboarding process and programs to streamline and enhance
- Internship program recruitment, design and oversight as the company grows
- Liaise with Assistants to ensure interviews are scheduled and help to schedule as needed.

Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced and dynamic corporate environment in financial services
- Experience of working within an agency/ search firm environment, as well as global market experience is preferred
- Proven ability to directly source candidates with full management of end-to-end processes
- Experience of directly managing complex compensation structures highly preferable
- Knowledge of recruiting technology preferred including LinkedIn and experience with Applicant Tracking systems
- Strong project management experience with ability to manage multiple searches and priorities, while delivering the highest level of client service
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-touch environment
- Executive presence with ability to quickly earn credibility and trust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

With respect to positions in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $140,000 -$170,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
