In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and deliver exceptional recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage. You’ll be pivotal in enhancing our recruitment practices and supporting the team with effective policies, systems, and data management.
- Lead recruitment processes and campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Partner with hiring managers to create job briefs and ensure smooth candidate experiences.
- Source and shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the offer process.
- Focus on promoting inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Develop recruitment metrics, reports, and process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including headhunting and candidate screening.
- Skilled in using ATS, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- A creative and innovative approach to sourcing top talent.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing recruitment pipelines and negotiating offers.
