This is a rare opportunity for a talented HR professional to become an integral part of the team, working closely with senior leadership to support the studio’s ambitious expansion plans.
Your Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s success, with responsibilities including:
- Overseeing day-to-day HR coordination and building trusted relationships across all levels of the team.
- Developing and refining core processes to support a thriving, people-first culture.
- Leading initiatives to define and build the studio’s unique identity and values in collaboration with leadership.
- Conducting performance reviews and facilitating feedback processes.
- Managing grievance procedures and resolving workplace conflicts with empathy and discretion.
Your Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- 2-4+ years’ experience in a similar role, such as People Manager, HR Coordinator/Generalist, or People & Culture Manager.
- CIPD accreditation (or equivalent), which is highly desirable.
- Experience in an architectural or design studio environment (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional organisational skills and acute attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, creative environment.
