Job Title: HR Project Manager
Duration: 5 Months
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days on-site)
Pay Range: $40–$48
Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented HR Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives for the People Team. The role includes managing an HRIS/ERP system integration project in collaboration with a third-party vendor and cross-functional internal teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset to drive process improvements and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track project progress, communicating roadblocks, milestones, and achievements to stakeholders.
- Manage project logistics, including scheduling, timeline updates, deliverable coordination, and material distribution.
- Develop and prepare tangible deliverables such as internal process documentation, user guides, governance materials, training resources, and process maps.
- Assess change management needs, make decisions on rollout dates, and prepare relevant communications and training plans.
- Partner with subject matter experts from HR, Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and other business units to implement process improvements and transformations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, profitability, and employee satisfaction through HR process management and technology adoption.
- Facilitate process improvement meetings and workshops, including brainstorming sessions, requirement gathering, and leadership project roadmap discussions.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- 1 year of involvement in process improvement or transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
