As the
SR. HR Business Partner, you will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels, supporting our leaders and team members, helping create an environment where all our team members can thrive, partnering to align our business and people strategy. You will facilitate and manage employee relations and is responsible for promoting healthy relationships and engagement across all locations. This team member will work closely with the global HRBP team, COEs, and key stakeholders to advise, drive strategy, and influence client groups on issues involving, but not limited to, people strategy, employee relations, organizational & leadership development, and coaching.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build trusted partnerships with leaders through consultative and collaborative efforts and offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Work closely with leaders and team members to cultivate healthy relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance-related issues, policy interpretations, people process, culture, and standards.
- Advise and assist on corrective action matters inclusive of terminations.
- Support and manage employee relations issues as they arise; work with managers to find effective team member and business solutions including conducting effective investigations.
- Support and facilitate the overall annual performance review process and employee engagement temperature survey.
- Conduct analysis of people data by looking at trends in performance, employee satisfaction, attrition, diversity, etc. to influence solutions, programs and policies.
- Contribute to the creation and measurements of KPIs.
- Proactively assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth.
- Execute on talent management strategies to support a team’s growth and individual development plans and succession planning.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience partnering and influencing senior leaders new to HR Partnership and help drive and align their people strategy and increase business results
- Ability to deeply understand business strategy and align it with the organization’s structures, processes, initiatives and processes
- Demonstrated ability to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Prior experience and demonstrated ability to conduct investigations in an unbiased and objective manner and manage complex employee relation situations, providing balanced team member and business solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must be an articulate and persuasive communicator.
- Excellent interpersonal, group, process, and influence skills.
- Ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations, and build a narrative based on collection and analysis of data. Must have knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to coach and counsel management at all levels.
- Experience in leadership development and being a trusted advisor to Sr Leader level.
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively within a fast-paced business environment.
- The ability to effectively prioritize demands and facilitate change is critical.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years supporting VP+ business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work onsite at the Corporate Office in Bellevue, WA a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
COMPENSATION:
At Sono Bello, we believe that our team members are the keys to our success. The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 depending on experience.
