The
SVP, Global Head of People will lead a global team of cross-functional People experts, spanning learning and development, talent attraction, culture & inclusion, leave administration, employee relations, company policy, total rewards and talent management. The SVP Head of People will be a key strategic leader, developing and operationalizing a global People strategy that drives business success through a culture of excellence and engagement. This role reports into Kepler’s Global COO and will play an essential role on our Global Executive Team.
Candidates should have 15+ years of human resources or related experience -- and the ability to inspire a team, across functions and levels, to constantly deliver excellence, innovation, and tangible impact for employees.
What You Will Do
- Partner with other senior leaders to develop overall business strategy and a vision for company culture, people strategy and employee success
- Develop strategies to recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent across Kepler’s global offices
- Provide thought leadership on global workforce trends and develop strategic plans to scale the department and company
- Identify opportunities for innovation and automation among people-centered processes and tools
- Develop and lead comprehensive change management strategies that build organizational trust and increase employee commitment
- Promote People team internally and build partnerships across all levels and departments
- Advance our People analytics practice and develop approaches to increase data-driven decision making
- Serve as escalation point and decision maker for all issues related to talent acquisition, learning and development, human resources and diversity equity and inclusion
- Lead an exceptional team of People practitioners, ensuring a high bar of operational excellence, engaged partnerships with the entire organization, and a sharp business acumen
Desired Skills And Experience
- 15+ years of human resources or related experience, with experience in a global organization; professional certification preferred (SHRM, PHR/HRCI)
- Expertise across all functional areas within People Operations, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations and engagement, total rewards, and company culture & inclusion
- Experience managing a team of global HR professionals
- Proven ability to set a strategic vision and lead change within an organization
- Dynamic communication and presentation skills, able to connect authentically with employees at all levels
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment
- Strong business acumen with ability to support business initiatives through People programs
Total Compensation
- Base Salary: $275,000
- Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 25% ($68,750)
- Target Total Cash: $343,750
